I would say you could keep doing your DVDs and anywhere they have you jumping and hopping, just go up on your toes instead. If you add more arm movements and any movements that changes your elevation (like squats) you can really keep your heart pumping and get some great cardio in. Good luck!

I think I need some advice! I live in a second floor apartment and when I'm not able to make it to the gym I would like to do my dvds I have at home and some other exercises that aren't too loud for the people downstairs. But at the same time I want a good workout that that makes me sweat..a well worth workout I guess is what I'm looking for. Does anybody have any advice or ideas on what effective work outs I could do, considering I'm on the 2nd floor apt??? Thank you!
