I did 80 minutes of cardio Wednesday! But since it is late in the day on Thursday already, let me determine Friday's challenge.

How about staying within your calorie range for the day? (I admit I've been struggling with that one!)

Wednesday's Challenge
Do at least 30 minutes of cardio today!
