It's been a couple of weeks now but I have tried to eat something different at least three times a week I think I enjoy eating more because I usually don't taste my food I eat mindlessly.

I vary my diet. Trying to get those fruits and vegetables in.

I feel everyone's struggle too. This problem is fueled by my dislike for cooking. *LOL*

To change my eating fare up I've had salad, shrimp or salmon steaks for breakfast. I've gotten into fruit smoothies to change up my food; low fat fruit yogurt, add some frozen natural fruits and blend well. If its too thick I'll add some nonfat/low fat milk to the mix. I've never gotten into vegie smoothies; I like the crunchiness of them too much.

I have been going for a streak and I have had something different everyday this week it's not easy I still want to fall back into my rut but I won't give up

OH MY GOODNESS, I USUALLY EAT THE SAME THING EVERY DAT TOO, SO WE ARE PARTNERS, LOL!
I TAKE MEDICATIONS THOUGH THAT HAVE MESSED UP WITH HOW I TASTE THINGS, SO VERY FEW THINGS TASTE LIKE THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO TO ME,
YOU COULD MAKE IT A STREAK FOR YOU TO TRY TO EAT SOMETHING DIFFERENT FOR YOU ONCE A WEEK OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT

I eat the same thing everyday because I can't think of different ideas mostly for lunch I usually just wolf it down but if I could change it up It wouldn't feel like a diet
