I feel everyone's struggle too. This problem is fueled by my dislike for cooking. *LOL*
To change my eating fare up I've had salad, shrimp or salmon steaks for breakfast. I've gotten into fruit smoothies to change up my food; low fat fruit yogurt, add some frozen natural fruits and blend well. If its too thick I'll add some nonfat/low fat milk to the mix. I've never gotten into vegie smoothies; I like the crunchiness of them too much.

I TAKE MEDICATIONS THOUGH THAT HAVE MESSED UP WITH HOW I TASTE THINGS, SO VERY FEW THINGS TASTE LIKE THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO TO ME, YOU COULD MAKE IT A STREAK FOR YOU TO TRY TO EAT SOMETHING DIFFERENT FOR YOU ONCE A WEEK OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT
