I was told the note was just an alert so she read about my osteoporosis. I told her I would not go on medication because I had been on Fosamax for almost a decade and every year I loss bone mass.
I am going on Bone up which has calcium and all the trace minerals as well as Vitamin D.
She has put in a referral for the Nutritionist and for Physical Therapy
