Hope you are still on track and doing well.
We all get off track and unfortunately it's too easy to slide off that track and it's very hard to get back on. I injured my knee back in April while in Kenpo class and I allowed this injury to sideline me and used it more of an excuse not to excercise and therefore I didn't need to log my calories in. Somehow by the grace of God, I gained 4 pounds in this time. But, that could've been more of a nice loss towards my goals.
So I tell you this to hopefully help anyone who's off their track to use their next meal as a way to get back on. It's nice to be back!!
