I first used it last year, listening to it once a day, and I lost just about 10 pounds over 3 weeks.
My problem was I would wake up just as the countdown finished and tears would be running down my face.
I can remember some of the C.D. but I would love to learn why I am so affected.I havent used it since.
Anyone come up with any suggestions?

I'm sorry but I just couldn't listen to the CD. To me it was theophylus P wildebeest speaking to me and I couldn't take it seriously and when it was coming out of different speakers at the same time I just found it too weird.
Maybe the voice has changed now but I'm afraid I wasn't so much hypnotised as tickled.
His CD is fabulous and really does work but you need to listen to it every day for at least 10 days in the beginning.
It will make you look at the way you approach food and eating.

Ive tried it unfortunately it didn't work for me. It worked really well for my mum thought. i think i have to short of an attention span. my mind wonders (all the way to the biscuit tin)
I haven't tried it, but i did see a very interesting interview on tv with him about it. I looks interesting
i've tried it. It's great to be honest. His theories work and make perfect sense. The trouble with me is...i can't stop when i'm full. It's always been that that is my downfall, i'm greedy i guess! So, although his 'diet' is fantastic, i can't do it :(
i'd still highly recommend it though, although for me, the CD was a waste of time, i just kept falling asleep! lol

I've never tried it but I have got his CDs building Self Confidence and Deep Relaxation. I know that the CDs physically work because I often find myself waking up when he's counting down from 10 to 1 at the end of the CD.

In saw the ad for it in the Tesco magazine and am REALLY scepitical about it. Seems kind of hookie!
I went as far as buying the book+CD ages ago (before SP) even though I was very sceptical. At first I felt like an idiot lying on the floor listening to the CD but it seemed to have some effect. A lot of the bookk is common sense. Which reminds me, I have not listened to it for some time and since I seem to be stuck on a plateau (yet again)I might dig it out and have a listen!

I havn't tried that one. but i am really scared of flying and had never done it before and a few months ago i did fly and the only thing that got me in the plane was Paul McKenna "fear of flying" CD with i listened to every day for a month before boarding the plane and whist i was still nervious i did it. i honestly believe that i wouldn't have done with out that.
so i know that one of his products works!
Doesn't help you with the book though!!!!
