Yesterday I was in London for the day for work - and needed to eat out for both lunch and dinner.
Went to Yo Sushi for lunch - had lots of raw fish and veg for only 550 cals (could have saved at least a further 100 cals if I'd needed to) - and then Nandos for dinner for 615 cals.
Felt super full and satisfied after each meal - had 6 portions of veg for the day - and stayed well within my cal limit for the day.
I'm loving these two restaurants - both of which publish full nutritional info - with Yo Sushi having them in the printed menu in the restaurant. Will be back to both :)
Does anyone have any further reccommendations for restaurants that publish nutritional info on their website or in store - and give lots of lower cal options (ideally, that allow you to eat a satisfying meal for 800 cals or under?)
ETA: I know its possible to make a healthy choice/guess at lots of restaurants - but at the moment I'm after those restaurants that give you nutritional fact.
