Just eat regular, portion controlled food and you'll have none of those things to worry about.
As for taking statins as a preventive measure DON'T unless you have been prescribed them by a doctor for a condition they are intended for. They have some serious side effects that you have to weigh up the pros/cons to...not something to take because of a FAD diet plan.
