Hey ladies!!!

Sorry I been MIA, but my job keeps me super busy now and most evenings the computer is the last thing I want to touch!

TOM is here, but I'm still on track. I'm doing well and I'm looking forward to week 3, because I have a meal plan that I actually like! I have not read all the posts below, but I'm praying that everyone is still on target and making moves in the right direction.

I will log on tomorrow to read the posts below.
Have a great evening and lets make this weekend all about toning and reshaping both our bodies and minds!!

Yes it is almost closing time her too and I dropped by to say hi Ladies and hope that your day was great. I am still st work for another hr and I will be off and do some exercise as I did not get in any this morning. I am trying to get off coffee in addition to flour but coffee is proving hard than bread.
I will take it slow by switching to def and see how that goes.
Keep up the good work ladies.

Good Afternoon Ladies. I am so envious of you TEE for dropping 15 lb but I am so proud of you Congratulations!!. The plan seems to be great. Thanks Michelle for describing the plan. I know what I am missing I am not exercising in the morning before breakfast, so I will start that and then add ST in the evenings. The last couple of days has been busy at work so I have only gotten in 60 min of exercise. Cheryl way to go on day1 and 2 those pound will be history very soon.Like Ladybugs, I need to be consistent and I am sure I will see them go down.
It is snowing here and they are calling for freezing rain tonight so I better go home before the roads turn hazardous.

Hey There Ladies,

Hope all is well...Sorry I didn't post the last two days work has been busy. And Day 1 and 2 went well and so far so good...like the meal plan I got and I went out every and got the things I needed except for one which I already had. But so far so good can't wait until week 2 so I can drop 15 pounds like Tee..I am a week behind everyone but that is all good by the time I complete the second round I will be down to a good size and I'll be looking real fly for the Jazz Fest come June so its all good and I am not rushing anything! What God Had For Me Is For Me and it will come in due time. Michelle - Congrats on your success so far and its good to know this plan is working better that gives me a lot a hope and something to look forward to...I think this was all we needed someone to map out a plan for us and then we just follow it...Thanks for the hookup and I know we all will be successful at this. Like you said if you want it you will so it!
Tee - Congrats to you as well 15lbs! That is wonderful!! So glad you are feeling good and succeeding..I knew you would anyway. And I will too cause if I pay for something I am not gonna waste my money and I plan to follow this plan to a T!! Molly glad all is going well for you just keep doing your thing and everything will work out!
Ladybugs - Stay consistant with your workouts and contact Michelle to get on this plan it will work if you want it bad enough.! You can do this!
Well ladies I gotta get back to work got a lot to do today and you all have a very blessed day I know this is our time! Oh BTW: My job just began a new workout challenge again and I just signed up it begins on Monday and goe for 6 weeks so this is right on time with my plan and it forces me to workout with a team so I like this and it will definately help with my weight loss! Looking forward to it and I plan to succeed at this thing so pray for me ladies!

GM LADIES...I HAD A TERRIFIC 30 MINUTE CARDIO WORKOUT LAST NIGHT AND THIS MORNING...WILL HAVE ANOTHER ONE AFTER WORK AS WELL...SO GLAD THAT I AM OFF TOMORROW AND THURSDAY..IT HAS BEEN 70S ALL WEEK HERE IN COLORADO..

LADYBUGZ WHAT WE ARE DOING IS NOT CONSIDERED A DIET..BASICALLY, WE ARE GETTING CLEAN EATING PLANS AND DOING CARDIO 30 MINS EVERY MORNING BEFORE EATING..I AM A FEW WEEKS AHEAD OF THE LADIES, SO I HAVE TO DO CARDIO IN THE EVENING AS WELL BEFORE BED WHICH I DONT MIND..WOULD U BELIEVE THAT I AM EXERCISING LESS ON THIS PLAN AND SHEDDING MORE INCHES AND LBS THIS WAY THAN THE WAY WHEN I BEGAN OVER THE BEGINNING OF THIS YR..DONT GET ME WRONG..IM LOVING BEING IN THE GYM AND STAYING ACTIVE AGAIN..ITS FUN FOR ME TO KEEP TRYING ON CLOTHES WEEKLY TO SEE WHERE I AM AND WHERE I NEED TO GET STILL..BY THE WAY, IF U WANT SOMETHING BAD ENOUGH, MAKE IT HAPPEN...AND LOSING WEIGHT IS AN ATTAINABLE GOAL FOR U.

GOOD MORNING LADIES!!!!!!!! I am so glad to be a part of such a motivating group!

Tee: So glad you made a post last night. Good to hear from you and congratulations on doing so well on the diet.

I really got to see what this diet is about, but I feel like I have to get on track with these little steps first. the word DIET makes me run!

YAAAAAAAAAAYYYYY! 30 minutes more Zumba last night. My goal is to do at least 10 minutes of cardio today.

I am pumped and excited and I am ready to goooooooooooooooo!

Ready to be healthy and ready to be pregnant!

I also turned down Girl Scout cookies last night! I may have shed a tear!

Hey phab ladies!!!

Sorry for the late post, but my job is really cracking down on internet usage, so I don't want to take any chances....I NEED MY JOB!!! I almost fell asleep without posting, but I had to pay a bill and decided to go ahead and post.

I'm down 10 lbs since last Monday, but down a total of 15 since sending Mr. Starks my pics! I'm really happy to have been given the opportunity to do this program, and I'm so looking forward to see what the next few weeks will bring!!! I feel really good and I have way more energy than I have had a in very long time.

Cheryl...I hope day 1 went well for you? I'm so looking forward to seeing how well you do at the end of your week.

Chelle....I missed my banana today, but I'll make sure to get one at the store in the morning. I worked until 6pm and I didn't want to make any stops on my way home. Today was a LONG day!!! I hope week 4 is going good for you!

Ladybugz....I'm trying to be committed to posting at least Mon-Fri....it's late, but I made it!!!

Molly....keep up the bread free diet....inches will soon come off!!

Hello ALL! I hope you had a wonderful Monday! I had a horrible eating weekend being stuck at home,BUT I did work my butt off!! Also today I met ALL my goals.

TWNOMWE- Congrats on the discipline. I hope to be there someday too!

I am still getting accustomed to names, but I did see that TEE needs to post something.

Also, how often do we post our weight or do we just post as we feel like it.

Hope every is having a good Monday.
The bread -less meals is going on well although it is hard to find snacks without wheat flour.
I went bonkers with roasted soy beans, well what can I say. I did not gain but stayed the same so that is a good thing. Cooked chilli with black beans and had that the last two night.
Today I have chicken salad with lots of veggies for lunch.
I am thinking of making veggies shakes instead of fruit shakes and just add a touch of fruit to help them go down. Has any of you ladies tried that?
I hope that all of you are enjoy Mr Starks diet.
I have not worked out yet today but will do at lunch time (walk) and after work (ST).

About craving sweets, I believe you can always feed the sweet tooth with a small portion of what you crave. The skiny cow deserts are also great (90-150 cal) and are already portioned out.
As for the water, Start your morning with a glass before breakfast and try to drink a glass before every meal, even a snack. I line my desk with water bottles and drink it throughout the day. This has eliminated room for coffee or tea.
As for why I am traveling/driving a lot is to take my daughter to doctor's appointment. She gets to see her once a month and this in Halifax which is 4 hr drive away from home. Any how I always get my walking in when in Halifax.
So ladies have a great weekend. I will be working most of the time as I have to catch up with lab work.

HI ALL! Happy Friday. Thank you all for the awesome welcome.

Tee: You better believe I am praying and believing. I know this is all about God's glory.

Molly: I will definitely be getting that info from you.

As of now my biggest issues are craving seets minutely and not exercising. My goal is to do 30 minutes of cardio 3x a week and at least 10minutes the other days. of course I plan to increase those, but I have to start somewhere. Oh and I definitely need to meet my water goals. Any advice any of you can give I am waiting with open arms. Thank you all again for making me feel so awesome.

P.S. I have internet issues at home so I will not post again till Monday. So have a great and a blessed weekend ladies. You are true inspirations.!

Happy FRIDAY!! Hope everyone is doing well. I am having a great day so far and feeling good. So ready to start this new chapter on Monday and I pray it gives me everything I am hoping for as I want to really succeed at this.
Tee - thanks so much for your contact info I have it in my phone and also on my email: I will message you my email and contact info as well. If you are feeling this good then I know I am gonna be feeling like that come this time next week. I am so ready for a change I just hope the food plan he has in store for me is a manageable one as I am not a huge seafood eater and I really don't want it go in that direction. Also with me being a diabetic and having acid reflux there is already a limited amout of items I can eat anyway so my plan really has to be pretty structured around the things I can eat. But I know this man knows his stuff as I have read up him and seen some things on youtube so I feel confident he can help me!
Michelle - Hope things are going well with you and that this plan is working for your benefit as I know you already have one up on us with the things you had set in place before you began. Thank you for getting us on board with this as we all really need to buckel down and get back to being healthy. That is my first goal and then gettin my sexy back will come along with that...I have no doubt with that. And if I succeed at this then there is no stopping me.
Molly- You should really consider jumping on this program as it would be good that we all are doing this together but if what you are doing works for you then by all means do your thing and we will still support you regardless!
Ladybugz - Welcome back and like Tee said pray about that baby and trust and beleive the Lord will answer just continue to trust in him and he will heed your call. Well ladies let me get some work done I have much to accomplish today. Be Blessed and have a wonderful weekend!

Good morning Ladies. I hope Thursday is going well for everyone. I am in Halifax at the moment but will be on the road in a few minutes back to Charlottetown. The weather is lovely we expecting to hit double digits (10 degrees C). I went for a walk first thing this morning since I am sure how I will feel after a four drive, so my cardio is done 1 HR. I will try to do some ST about 30 min.
Any take care all of you and the more we move the easier to lose the pounds.

Good Morning Ladies!

Happy Thursday..Hope all is well I am doing good today and the weather is suposed to be in the 70's today so I will be OUTSIDE on my lunch break getting my walk on and then when I get home I plan to hit the elliptical and walk also so i will be pushing to get in three workouts today so wish me luck. Hope everyone is doing well and following their plan to the T. As on Monday I will be on it with you so I will need some coaching for this huge change so hope you ladies and help me out. Sorry ladies, I slacked off on posting but I have been working out except on the weekend. I spent most it of at work. I was trying to catch up or to leave things in a good place as I am going off the Island today and tomorrow. I am still off wheat and the bloating is down. I am back to exercising regularly at least an hour of cardio and 10-30 min ST. I have to get organized on ST.
This morning I did the biggest lose boot camp with Bob Harper (level 2) 45 min, my arms are on fire.
I see that you are all on a the same program, I do not know what it entails yet, can you explain it to me. I tried to google it but came up not enough information.
I will try to post tomorrow before driving back (4 hr drive).
Take great care and keep up the wonderful work you are doing to take care of #1 Yourselves.

Happy Hump Day Ladies,

Hope you all are doing well...I am feeling much better today and am ready to tackle these workouts today. Hey ladies if you didn't order your Save My Do headwrap...Please do so ASAP. They work wonders on your hair I tell you!! I worked out on the elliptical for 30 minutes and then did another 30 minutes on the treadmill and my hair was dry as a bone when I finished. That headwrap is no joke. I didn't think it would work until I started using it and trust and beleive it does. Now we ladies have no excuse about getting our hair messed up because this head wrap keeps your hair in place and dry I don't care how hard you sweat you hair will not get wet at all! So make sure you ladies order one because I can testify that it does work!
Tee - How did day two go on the new plan? Since I have to wait until Tomorrow to get my plan I have to live through you all so know what I am in for.
Michelle - How is the eating plan going for you? I am sure you got the exercise part down but how is the eating plan going? Are you eating things that you normally wouldn't. I have stocked up on a lot of turkey products just in case that is what he wants me to eat and I will be hitting the grocery store and the farmers market for some fresh veggies also...I want to succeed at this thing and anything I can do to get prepared for it I plan to do.
If either of you ladies talk to Key and Des tell them I said hello and I hope they come back to SP when they get a moment to check in. Well ladies I have a lot to do today here at work. It's suposed to warm up today so I am going to go walking on my lunch break if it does. Have a great day and be blessed!

Hey There ladies,

Hope all is well had a good day yesterday just got of lot going on at work so sorry I didn't get a chance to post. I did hear from Mr. Starks and he is sending my plan this week so I will be ready next Monday and I am cool with that as it give me time to prepare myself for the significant change. Is there anything I need to shop for to prepare? ..Tee -I read that you mentioned something about Flaxseed - is that Flaxseed oil or the Flaxseed pill? Because I can go pick that up today at the vitamin shoppe if that is the case. I am still workking out each day but the last few days my stomach has been really upset and I have been terribly constipated and I have been drinking my water so I will try and see if my meds are effecting me.
Chelle - Sounds like this plan is working wonders for you. Tee you seem to be off to a great start also and it seems as if I have to work out twice a day from what I have been reading. If so then so be it I will have to bite down and take care of business. Molly - Hope that you are able to join the challenge as it is something that will be good for all of us. It's Terrific Tuesday!!

Ladies...I see a few people MIA...Cheryl/Molly....where you ladies at?

I'm feeling good this Tuesday morning! I made it through day one of my meal plan and I can actually say...it wasn't bad at all. I felt really good eating before 7pm, because I didn't go to bed all bloated and I woke up feeling very refreshed. I'm so ready to see what will happen to me on the scale come Monday morning!!

Chelle...how are things going for you? I'm feeling really good today!!!

Cheryl...did you hear from Mr. Starks?

Molly...did you decided to start the program?

Ok...I have another busy day ahead. You ladies have a terrific Tuesday!!!

Happy Monday!!

I'm so ready for my "lifestyle change"!!! I'm super excited about starting this new program, and although I wasn't too happy with the flaxseed this morning (YUCK)...I will say that I enjoyed meal 1. I put it in my OJ, so it wasn't too bad, but I don't know how I will be able to swollow that for dinner. I think that my mindset is ready for change, so I'm going to stick with this plan 100% so that I can see HUGE results!!!

Chelle...I'm sure you will see 179 sooner than you think. If your not going to look at the scale...you will be down way past 179 in 3 wks! Congrats to Key for losing 13 lbs in a week...those are the kind of results I'm trying to see!!!

Cheryl...I hope you got your meal plan, but pls contact him if you didn't. I really want us all to be on board and have great results for the Summer!

Molly...where are you lady? You been MIA for a few days!

Ok...let me get back to work...lots and lots to do today.

Happy Friday!!!!

I hope everyone had a FABULOUS week and ready for a Wonderful weekend!!! I know I sure am. I'm going to a graduation party tomorrow, so I'll be able to take advantage of some liquour before I start my "lifestyle change" on Monday!

Cheryl...I got my game face on, and I'm ready to "SHOW OUT"!!! I'm going to make this plan work for me even if it kills me! I got my meal plan and was pleasantly surprised. There are only 3 or 4 items on there that I'm not interested in eating, but I am going to swollen them so that I can get my sexy on!!!!! I hope your meal plan is there, because I would love for us to both start together on Monday!

Chelle...I decided to just get up at 4:30 and get my 2 mile walk on. I'm not going to allow me sleeping in an extra 30 mins to mess me up from getting my sexy back! My hubby told me to do whatever I need to do, because he knows I will feel so much better once this weight is off me. I still have a few more questions to ask you, so we need to chat sometime before Sunday night. Maybe we can do a 4 way call with Key and Des this weekend (like old times).

Good Morning Ladies

HAPPY FRIDAY!! So glad the weekend is finally here I really need it after the crazy week I have had. Ladies I did 30 minutes straight on the Elliptical last night and then went right into 30 minutes on the treadmil and then got in some ab work too. I felt it last night though but it was a good feeling not painful. Will be doing the same again tonight and tomorrow morning. Then have to go to a kid party and then an adult party tomorrow evening and church all day Sunday. It's TOM for me so hopefully I won't get too bloated this weekend because lately that has been happening and I've noticed that I am getting salt cravings so I will be drinking lots of water to balance it out and do my best to stay away from the salt.
Michelle - I will check my email shortly to see if Mr. Starks has contacted me if not I can start next week and that is fine with me as long as I start. I just pray the eating plan is something I can follow as I stated before I do not like much seafood and I pray he keeps me away from that.
Tee - Let me know hpw things work out for you on Monday...Get your game face on girl cause its about to be on! We are really gonna do this and I am really excited about finally having a play tailored for me that will work. With me being tall it always seems harder for me to get a plan that works for me cause it seems like it takes more of an effort to see results.
Molly - Are you planning to join in the challenge. It will be a lot of fun if we all were on it together.

Happy Thursday Phab Ladies!!!

I hope everyone had a wonderful Wednesday and looking forward to an even better Thursday! I'm so looking forward to the weekend, so I can sleep in! Getting to work at 6am each morning is really hard, but work has to be done...so I have to do it!

Cheryl...I hope you can get your meal plan today, so we can both start Monday. I'm so nervous about seeing my meal plan, because I am such a picky eater! My hubby says I need to "grow up" and stop eating like a kid....LOL! I told him I have no choice...at least for the next 5 wks anyway!

Chelle....my daughter and I tried to make it to the gym again last night and it was closed. She went home, but I did get in some toning last night and today my muscles are screaming!!! We need to chat today after I get my meal plan, so let me know what time is good for you.

Molly...hope all is going well on your end. I'm curious to know how you lost all your weight? You seem to be very focused and on target...great job!!

Good Morning Ladies,

Hope you all are doing well. It's Work Your Butt Wednesday!! Lets Do This!!

Michelle - it is awesome that you can get your workouts in so early in the morning. That is something I will have to try and make myself do as I have a long commute each morning and have to be on the road at 6:45am and it will be really hard for me to fit that in but I have to so what I have to do so I will make the sacrifice and bite the bullet. If it all works out then I know my hubby will jump on board and get up with me then it won't be so hard. I have been doing extremely well with my eating but I still need some type of appetite surpressant though I strongly feel that it would help me out a lot because lately I have been having some sugar cravings and that is something I don't like but I have been fighting them off but not sure how long I can do it.
Tee - I plan to get on the plan I emailed my picture to Mr. Starks and will check this morning to see if he has replyed back as of yet. Anything that he can do to help I am on board with. So you said he has a FB page? Does he have a website as well? If so what is it?
Molly - I agree with Tee you should join in the challenge so we all can start and finish at the same time besides anything that can help be drop that much in 5 weeks I thing I can do...hope the food plan is not too crazy as i am not a huge seafood person and don't like much seafood. GOOD MORNING LADIES..TEE I AM SO EXCITED FOR U AS WELL..ONE THING I CAN SAY ABOUT THE PROGRAM IS THAT IT TEACHES U TO GET YOUR CARDIO IN EARLY, PREPARING YOUR MEALS, AND EATING OFTEN..HONESTLY, I HAVE BEEN DOING ALL THESE THINGS SINCE JAN 1, I JUST WASNT EATING AS CLEAN AS THE PROGRAM HAS US.

I GOT MY LAST 2.75 MILE RUN IN THIS MORNING AND I BEAT IT BY 1 MINUTE...WOOHOO NOW, TIME FOR ME TO MOVE TO THE 3 MILE RUN...I WILL ATTEMPT THAT ON FRIDAY..WISH ME LUCK...

WELL, I NEED TO COOK BREAKFAST FOR THE KIDS AND GET BACK TO THE GYM AND FINISH MY WORKOUT...

It's Workout Wednesday!!!

I hope everyone had a terrific Tuesday?!?!?! I sure did. I went to the gym with my daughter last night and I felt so good afterwards. I also ate very clean and ate before 7pm.

Chelle...I'm super excited to start on Monday. I was even more excited after I talked to Mr. Stark and saw all the before and after photos on fb. My hubby looked at the pics with me online and this morning as I was leaving for work he was looking me up and down, and said "I may have to get me a gun after you lose all the weight you want to lose"...I just laughed!! I'm ready to look and feel sexy. I already feel sexy, but I need the look to go with it!!

Cheryl...I hope you were able to get in touch with Mr. Stark. I would love for you to start the program at the same time that I start. That way we can support each other during those five weeks. Girl, you know us black women LOVE our curves and we are happier with our bodies...more so than white women. They think that looking like a stick is cute....NOT!!!!! Men (our men and some others) love a woman with curves...GOTTA LOVE IT!!!!

Molly...are you close to your goal weight? How much more weight do you want to lose? It would be great if all of us were on the diet program together. We all need all the support we can get, so let's work together to get as fit and fine as possible!!!

Ok ladies....let me get to work. I'll log in later to see how everyone is doing.

Hi Molly n of course u can. He does alot of emailing to us. He sends food plans based on your body shape. Guarantees u can lose 15-30 lbs in 5 weeks as long as u follow the food plan

OK, U SHOULD HAVE..TEE, AND DES BOTH HAVE HEARD FROM HIM..IT WOULD BE GREAT THAT WE ALL ARE ON THE PROGRAM TOGETHER...EVEN IF ITS JUST A FEW WEEKS THAT WE SHARE, BUT IT CAN HELP US TO STAY FOCUS AND NOT EAT WHAT WE ARE NOT SUPPOSE TO...IN SO WANNA LOOK AND FEEL GOOD ABOUT MYSELF 100%

Happy Tuesday Ladies,

Hope all is well with everyone and that we are excited about tackling a new day and make it the best day ever. Well ladies I am excited because I had a good report at the doctors office yesterday. My levels are really good except for Vitamin D which I am taking care of...I went out and purchased extra Vit D tablets to help stay on balanced also I will be adding more fresh greens to my diet to keep me on track. Not sure what that keeps happening but I suspect because I am not getting much sun since it's cold out...once the weather breaks I am sure it will turn around and the doctor feels the same. However my weight was off on their scale off by 4 lbs but thats okay and I am not gonna stress on that as I know I have been working out and it will level out at some point.
BTW Michelle - Mr. Starks did contact me yesterday ans sked that I forward him a full body picture of me so I am sending that today hopefully he can be of some assistance to me. It really hard sometimes trying to figure out which workouts fit for your body type...I've always know that is the way that it must be done to work its just the figuring out part that is hard because I do what I need to target but that may not be what I should be doing so I will see what he has to say and hope for the best.
Tee - Glad You are jumping in on the program too it will be good that we all are in this together as it may be the thing we are looking for to give us the boost we need.
Molly - You sound as if you are on target and glad to see you are really getting those workouts in. It's a little cold here today too but it's sunny out I am so looking forward to the spring so I can get out of the house. Well ladies I have a lot of work to get accomplished today have a blessed day!

It is snowing here and the university is closed until noon of course I did not hear the announcement till I was already at work. Very few people here.
Exercise at a lower intensity last night, my heart was not in it but pushed through. I was just wondering if not eating wheat product had any thing to do with it. I will see how today goes.
I already feel the difference in body, and the mid section look to be getting smaller ( measurement and weigh in tomorrow morning).
Tee you are welcome and it looks that you are doing a great job. Always believing in ourselves is does us good. So believe, act and result will follow.
By the way what is this Mr Starks program. Can I get it in Canada?.

Happy Tuesday!!!

I hope everyone had a marvelous Monday?!! I didn't get to workout, because my daughters car stopped on her, so I got home late and was too tired to do anything. I do plan on getting my workout on today as soon as I get home, so I won't have any excuses not to get it in.

Chelle...Mr. Starks replied to my pics and said "easy, easy transformation"! I sure hope that is true, because looking in MY MIRROR...I don't see it!!!

Cheryl....I hope you will get on the program as well...that way we can support each other!

Molly....you have been a great motivation to the team....thanks for the words of encouragement!!

Ok ladies....lots and lots of work to do, but I'll log in later today to see how everyone is doing.

Good afternoon (actually it evening here). I had a good working weekend. I stayed away from bread. we went to get together on Saturday and I managed to get through it with wheat products. I think the 34 day remaining will be going fast.
I walked outside on Saturday even though there was too much slush on the side walks. Did indoor walking yesterday which is better than out side. Yes I do strength training with hand weights and floor exercises for the legs and butt.
Good for you Michelle to be getting back in those clothes.
Cheryl you are doing a great job and 7 lb loss (woo!!) I hope it holds true on both scales.
Tee we have to keep going, it is one day, one meal and one exercise and slowly the weight will get off. I weigh in on Wednesday and I hope to see a loss.

I am off to do 6 miles with Leslie tonight and abs.
