I felt so good last week when I saw 5lbs gone. Girl I was a new person, laughing singing getting my workout on with a smile.

I felt like "what a waste of calories" after chick-fila. I was PISSED! Seriously it wasn't as good as it was two months ago. However I was only 200 over my daily limit.

I am back on track for food this weekend although I still feel crampy and wiped out. I tried getting up for a walk this morning and was queasy half up the block. I changed my flaxseed intake last month but I am going back to my regualar dose because this TOM cramping, barfing and tiredness is no way to live.

I just have one question:

Did you feel better after eating the chick filet or do you feel better when you step on the scale and the pounds are down?

don't feel bad. went 2 NY last week and ate everything greasy. now it is showing on my faces as big ole bumps. learned my lesson

Not to worry-- tomorrow is a new day, and you learned from this one! Next TOM, maybe have healthy foods/snacks at the ready, so you won't have to 'think on an empty stomach', so to speak?

Anything worth having is worth fighting for

Girl, I must admit. I LOL, when I readed the title of our thread, we all have been there, so we can relate, that's why it's funny.

Pick yourself back up and make the best choices you can for rest of the day. Add some extra cardio,eat some negative calorie foods, drink some cold lemon water. You are human. We love you no matter how much chick fil a.

I'm an emotional eater. BAD. One thing I found that helps, I talk myself through the urge to eat. I tell myself things like " You are not hungy, just emotional and the food will only give you a temp. fix." It is hard, but it has been helpful. It doesn't work all the team, but it is useful.

i had to leave the ibuprofen (advil) alone during TOM. made my flow much heavier.

i sometimes get the queasy tummy too. saltines can help. but fried foods just make it worse IMO.

i've never liked chick-fila...tastes funny to me

Okay TOM hit hard this morning and so did the queasy stomach. Needed pain meds but couldn't hold down water alone, so I broke my 30 day no soda recored and drink a coke and ate toast.

Then got major Chick-fila craving and did bad bad bad in the drive thru.

Still feeling super tired, not a little guitly but entered all on the food chart. I was saving this off track day for Father's Day but oh well.

Still queasy and more....emoticon
