congrats on quitting cigs.that's the best thing you could have done. and don't believe you have to gain weight because you quit cigs. you only gain if you choose to. surround yourself with healthy foods.beaware of the time you're eating (every 21/2 to 3 hours) you should be eating. measure your portions is so important until you have an idea how much to eat. and girl, exercise is the key because what the cigs make you feel(relax), so do exercising. it releases the dopamine and serontonin in the brain. so, go get your happiness. you owe it to yourself.
