Hi Queens, just finished my morning walk, I notice a big improvement with my weight loss by walking outdoor my goal is 3 days of outdoor walking in the evenings. I'm back to tracking my meals/snacks going to have smoothies a few times of week during the challenge.

Hi Everyone, been MIA for a bit but I'm still here working out and eat healthy on most day my bad snacking is turning to good healthy snacks more fruits and loving my smoothies. I am going to get back to posting I notice when I checked in I did so much better with staying on track.

Stillosin why don't we keep posting, motivating and sharing with each other that way we will always be here. So sorry to hear you can't stay with us you have motivate me to emoticon .

I think a nice challenge would be "Jump in Summer Challenge" we can start April 1 and go until the first day of summer which is June 21.

Goals;
Cardio of your choice - 5 or 6 days at least 45 mins
Strengthen training 2 or 3 days,
upper body: triceps, biceps, shoulder, chest, back (dumbbells, band) push-ups
Lower body: sqarts, lunges, stand or laying down legs lifts
stretch after each workout
pick a day to get in a full body stretch maybe on your rest day.

If anyone has any other ideas please share. Lets keep going because we know we want to look good and healthy, I know I do emoticon .

I went up and down 3lbs,. but overall I stayed the same, haven't lost anything, but I didnt work out much at all, stayed in calorie range but lots of moving and new job etc, was not real focused, I am about to participate in the biggest loser challenge with my hair dresser and others at the gym April 1, wish me luck. let me know when the next challenge will be. I am in. the leaders seem to have fell off this page. I will email them.

Good Morning Queens, yesterday was the last day of the challenge. How did everyone do? I lost 11lbs for this challenge 4lbs short from the goal. Overall I lost 16 lbs since Dec. that's when my journey started. So I went from 190-174 emoticon ! I need to lose 11 lbs to met my bday goal which is April 13.

What's the next challenge? Need Ideas. Let's get our thinking caps on. Will check back in a few days until emoticon emoticon

I am going back to my green smoothies. I lost more weight while doing these. I will have one for dinner each day.

Snack: pork rinds

Finally make it to the gym yesterday and today my goal is to go to the gym 3x of week do my dvds in the mornings, My eating is ok not great because I know I can do better still drinking my water but snacking a little too much back to my smoothies and refocusing for the month of March.

I am not doing the detox to try and lose permanent weight because I know that if I lose, it will probably be water weight. This detox is to help cleanse my body and help me get back on track to eating healthier. For the past week, I have been not eating so healthy. So this will give me a jumpstart. Then, I will add in other lean protein along with fruits/vegetables in my everyday eating habits.

Hi Everyone,

Sorry I haven't been posting this week but I still on it, working out and eating healthy, most days.

Phase 3 mixing it up doing cardio with intervals using dumbbells and the band.

Sun - Rest/stretch or a light workout.
Mon- cardio intervals with weights + abs
Tue- cardio intervals with the band + abs
Wed- cardio intervals with weights+ abs
Thurs-cardio intervals with the band +abs
Fri - cardio intervals with weights=abs
Sat- cardio+weight training+abs

Clean eating no process foods my daily meal plan: 2 serving fruits, 3 or 4 serving of veggies, 2 serving of fat free dairy, 3 serving of of low carbs, 1 green smoothies, 3-3 oz of protein, water 90 oz daily.

I change my weigh in day to Sunday I'll post my weight tomorrow.

Good Afternoon BBQ

This morning I weighed in @176.1 I gained .1 lol.

Phase 3 Routine will consist of

1.Cardio-60 mins 5x week.
2.Full Body Weight Training-30 mins 3x week
3.Eating-Fruits/Veggies,Whole grains,Legumes & Fish 1-2 Green Smoothies or Juicing.

Striving to lose 6lbs by March 22,2013 my 1st goal weight of 20 lbs will be meet.Then I will see how much more I want to lose.

What is your game plan for Phase 3?

M- cardio + abs
T- weight training + abs
W- cardio + abs
T- weight training + abs
F- cardio + abs

Good morning


I'm off this weekend so I'll be able to get some serious workouts in my current weight is 176lbs emoticon I have 5 more lbs to go to meet my first goal weight.

Phase 2 is almost over so I recommend that for Phase 3 that we come up with our own routine and share with each other.What do you think?

I have an able body to shovel.

I gained .2ozs emoticon I missed a workout and had my share of eating lots of popcorn at night.

Where is everyone hope all is well, I’ll start posting a few times of week.

This will be my plan workout on
Monday, Wednesday, Friday - weight training, dumbbells, bands or gym weight machines
Tuesday, Thursday, & Saturday – cardio.

Today Game Plan:
15 min Leslie walk - done
Standing abs sparkpeople-done
Shoulder press, biceps, triceps, lateral raise, back row, lunges, and squats- done
pushups, reverse crunches -done.
Stretch-done
Gym: Treadmill 30 mins later on today
