I agree about Denise Austin: Pilates, strength training, cardio - you name it she has it. My favorite right now is her 45 minute complete workout with weights. It focusing strictly on strength training and she recommends you do it atleast 3 days a week. I do it before I hit the gym for my cardio.
I workout with Fittv all star workout the have a different cardio work every day, I also like Cathe airs on fittv, she has strength training for all levels, I also use my favorite Billy Blanks first tae bo DvD.
You can look on here and get a mix of diffrent exercies to choose from ..try new ones and mix it with what you have now.. I use a power 90 project you DVD every other day I like Beachbody because alot of their programs have like at least 4 in themm so you can switch it up.. the website for the 90 Day make over is www.beachbody.com they have other ones there to check hem out and pick one that you like AND they are not that expensive either.
