I agree with all of the other ladies' comments. I stick to my planned meals even on the weekends. It doesn't matter if i'm out running errands or going over to someone's house, I take my healthy food along with me. This way I don't give into something that may look more tempting while i'm hungry.
On weekends, I make sure I eat breakfast at home (when possible) but most important to me is if I am going to be out most of the day running errands, I pack my snacks, this helps me with not stoppping for fast food. If you have to eat out, just make the best choices possible.
A huge part of losing weight is believing you can do it and realizing it's not going to happen overnight.

Thank you for responding to the message with support and information. The information is beneficial and will help me work a harder, there is no excuse why I do not apply the same attitude to the weekends as I do during the week.

TEXNYQUEEN just about said it all. Not only plan your meals during the week, but on the weekends also. For me, if I know that I am going to go out to eat, I will pull up the restaraunts nutritional menu. That way I can decide what I am going to order before I get there.

Oooooh, my problem too. All the good advice I've heard, read, have been given all lead to packing your meals on the weekend just as you do during the week. That's what's hard for me. My eating schedule is off on the weekends. If you're like me and go out often, try splitting the meal and the treat with your companion or ask to have it boxed before it even hits the table. It's easier on your waistline and pocket. This tip works very well for me when I go out.

Sisters I realized this weekend I have a problem with my eating over the weekends. Somehow I justify having an extra sweet or a decadent meal, how can I get over this hump and maintain the healthy lifestyle through the weekends ? Not only Monday- Friday.
