Oooooh, my problem too. All the good advice I've heard, read, have been given all lead to packing your meals on the weekend just as you do during the week. That's what's hard for me. My eating schedule is off on the weekends. If you're like me and go out often, try splitting the meal and the treat with your companion or ask to have it boxed before it even hits the table. It's easier on your waistline and pocket. This tip works very well for me when I go out.
