I try to do almost everything as natural as possible so my cleanse consists of cutting out all starchy carbs, sugars (including fruit) and processed food as well as dairy out of my diet for two weeks. Consume lean meats, fish and poultry, good fats like olive oil, coconut oil and eat lots of fibrous veggies like green leafy ones, tomatoes, cucumber, onions, peppers, etc. This way of eating will reset the body and purge some of that 30lbs of excrement we carry with us normally (I don't anymore thankfully). If you are looking for chemicals or herbal remedies I cannot recommend any as I've never taken any.
