I meditate, exercise, or just listen to some uplifting music. I focus on the positive things in my life and things that I can change. All other challenges I would make phones call to make arrangements to alleviate any stress (bills). I would talk to someone that I can confide in that a good listener and can give me some advice to think about, and decide what would be the best avenue for me to handle the situation. I've learned to not stress over what I can't change. I realized that I don't want to put myself into a early grave do to stress. I hope you will find peace and everything will workout for you.
