hello my friend,my suggestion is to put on a pair of headphones and relax.or even take a stroll/walk in the neighborhood alone.so then you can have some calming alone time to relax and focus on yourself.when you are stressed it really does affect your weight loss.your body reacts to it.i hope this helps you and good luck to you. .You are

I meditate, exercise, or just listen to some uplifting music. I focus on the positive things in my life and things that I can change. All other challenges I would make phones call to make arrangements to alleviate any stress (bills). I would talk to someone that I can confide in that a good listener and can give me some advice to think about, and decide what would be the best avenue for me to handle the situation. I've learned to not stress over what I can't change. I realized that I don't want to put myself into a early grave do to stress. I hope you will find peace and everything will workout for you.

I have an issue w/ stress! I know it's causing my blood pressure to go up again, and I certainly don't want to go back on medicine. What should I do as far as maybe some type of stress relief? I would take any advice....thank you in advance
