I just read the article about not using up fruits and vegetables when you buy them, then you wind up throwing them away. My change is to return to planning my meals around the freggies I already have. It may mean I go to the grocery store more often, but that's better than having my freggies spoil because I didn't use them.

Get back of the junk food crave that I have been having lately. It effected my run this morning and I didn't like like. I need to have a strong race this month. Eating healthier and clean as possible for the results I want and need to see.
Progress may be slow, but it happens! No such thing as last place only finishers.

I always try to make changes for the better things in life. Getting along with everyone whom I meet, the way that I do everyday things and the way that I eat. When I get to work, I always have to walk away from this one annoying person. If I don't, then my blood sugar will be sky high. So whatever changes that we all have to make or not make, may they be good changes.
