I no longer buy so many 100 calorie snacks, I''ve replaced them with pickles and celery, lot's and lot's of veggies.....

I just read the article about not using up fruits and vegetables when you buy them, then you wind up throwing them away. My change is to return to planning my meals around the freggies I already have. It may mean I go to the grocery store more often, but that's better than having my freggies spoil because I didn't use them.

Because I know that this journey of weight lost is a life long battle for me. Even when I take a day off from the gym; I make every effort to still do some kind of exercise and eating healthy.

Get back of the junk food crave that I have been having lately. It effected my run this morning and I didn't like like. I need to have a strong race this month. Eating healthier and clean as possible for the results I want and need to see.

Progress may be slow, but it happens!
No such thing as last place only finishers.

Today i will skip the evening snack of bread, instead go for a walk.

The change I made was I dropped dowen and did 32 triangle push up instead of sitting at my darn computer. emoticon

I always try to make changes for the better things in life. Getting along with everyone whom I meet, the way that I do everyday things and the way that I eat. When I get to work, I always have to walk away from this one annoying person. If I don't, then my blood sugar will be sky high. So whatever changes that we all have to make or not make, may they be good changes.

Change something today. What thing,you,me can change today that can improve our chances TO improve?

It doesn't have to be life altering,cataclysmic walk on the water type change. Today it might be something as small (but important) as refusing for second maybe two of berating yourself.

Or walking away from "it" whatever the it is today.

It, at least for me, today is taking care of some personal business without assistance. This may sound like I'm being vague it is. The business part it is not the change, the autonomy part is.
