By the way! I started today. I did my workout for the day, I just added one more exercise! Happy Challenges everyone! Thanksgiving here we come! ( I LOVE THANKSGIVING!)

Stick to what you've already done and add 1 more. Whether you've already agreed to workout 90 minutes a week and 8 glasses of water with 3 fruits and veggies a day. Challenge yourself to work out for 5 more minutes, or drink another glass of water, or eat another fruit and or veggie. Whatever your goals are. Exceed them by one! I'm excited! I hope you guys are too!
