I prefer before work, because after work there is always something that pops up.
But if a have a spare time I workout after work also.

I just rather do it before work, because then I know that I have no excuse not to workout even if it is only for 30 min.

Good things comes to those who work hard for it.

I've done both however, prefer to work out in the evenings. There's no rush for me to be anywhere and I can take my time which allows for a longer workout. It help me review my day, it releases the stress of the day and allows me to prepare for the next day.

I prefer before work. When I get it done in the morning I feel energetic all day. When I put it off until after work, I'm more likely to skip workouts.

Trying to get my workouts done before work! For example, this morning, I ran as well as did a lower body strength training. Felt awesome!

I think I should stick to morning workouts, after work its hit or miss. I let the type of day I had determine if I work out or not. In the morning it's all good, as long as I've gotten enough sleep the night before

I prefer working out in the morning because in the past when I have waited till after work I end up not working out at all due to that I am tired or have errands to run.

I am usually an evening workout person. However, of late, I have walk at lunch or on my break. That extra little walk does wonders for my energy level.

Also, twice this week, I exercised before going to work. That felt good, too.

I like working out after work - I either go to the gym after work, or do a dvd at home. It helps me unwind and get my mind off of work. If I'm going out in the evening, I'll get up early and do a dvd in the morning. Also on weekends, it's earlier to work out in the morning.

I am up very early in the mornings I do workout dvds and hit the gym after work 2x of week.

I prefer to workout in the morning 6AM -7AM. During Spring and Summer I do get in evening walks in the park at least 3X a week.

I actually work out before AND after work most days. I go to a bootcamp at either 5 AM or 5:30 PM and the days that I go in the evening, I go walking at 545 AM for at least an hour. On the mornings where I go to bootcamp, I will either go to a class at the gym or work out with my friend or fiance.

Lord knows I've tried working out in the morning, but it's really hard. The earliest I've done is either 6 or 6:30. Anything earlier than that, I'm dragging tail, LOL. I admire all of yall that get it in first thing in the morning. emoticon

I've done both, but I prefer after work. I get changed into my gym clothes at work and head straight to the gym.

I wish I could get up in the morning, early, to workout...but my body tells me to get up and move at around 7pm in the evenings. *shrugz*

I have done both . It depends on where you are in life. If it is group Excercise then I prefer evening. If it is working out on my own the morning is much better for me. Experts recommend mornings.
