I'm going to be talking about this all month. I caught the last two games at Wimbledon where Serena played and won, and she was MAGNIFICENT!! Her arms are well-built, powerful and strong, and even though she's young enough to be my daughter, I'm using her as inspiration to do my arm weight training! What's even better, it's working! So I'm going to keep on picturing her arms and legs.
Anyone else have an inspiration for working out?
I'll reach my goal weight in 2017, and I'm excited!
