Ladkinson, If you like the pepperoni slices, try the turkey pepperoni slices, they taste great, not as greasy as the peppeoni slices and of course less calories and fat....Yummy, Yummy!!! emoticon

A pickle turkey wrap. A pickle wrapped in smoke turkey! Try it, sounds a little off the wall, but it is yummy! Try it ! =) Also pepperoni slices is a good snack as well.

I am enjoying roasted seaweed. Tasty and light yet it gives you a feeling like you have had a good snack. Did some research and it seems that is very good for women.

I'm currently dabbling in "intermittent fasting" at the moment (day 3), but for my first meal of the day (2pm) I'm having a protein shake, 5 egg whites, 2 TBSP of cream of brown rice (it looks, feels and tastes like grits) and one small banana.

A snack that I like to have when I'm hungry is 1/2 cup of cottage cheese (no salt, 1% milk fat) with a 1/4 cup of blueberries and a packet of stevia extract or a small banana w/ 1 TBSP of natural peanut butter.
