I'm currently dabbling in "intermittent fasting" at the moment (day 3), but for my first meal of the day (2pm) I'm having a protein shake, 5 egg whites, 2 TBSP of cream of brown rice (it looks, feels and tastes like grits) and one small banana.
A snack that I like to have when I'm hungry is 1/2 cup of cottage cheese (no salt, 1% milk fat) with a 1/4 cup of blueberries and a packet of stevia extract or a small banana w/ 1 TBSP of natural peanut butter.
