I am not sure what you normally eat for breakfast but the Fiber One brands of cereals get you at least 35% of your daily fiber recommendations and there is a High Fiber Oatmeal that gets you at least 10 grams of fiber...I eat them both and they are actually pretty good....

I'm looking to get my fiber intake to 30g-40g a day (currently around 20g). Does anyone have favorite foods, recipes or snacks that are high fiber?
