I try the 90/10 rule in that I eat well 90% of the time and allow that 10% indulgence - usually on weekends. You will have to find something that works for you - all plans don't work for everyone !!

Yeah I have trouble with it, but I tend to choose the healthiest items on the list that are kabobs, grilled or steamed with no sauces and I'm good. For snacks, I'll pick up a yummy looking cut up fruit salad and dump yogurt on top. I have a goal to meet so I have to try to be as good as possible.
