Good Lord, that is an amazing schedule. Someday I'll be able to do 4 KB classes in one week!

I don't recommend my training programme for anyone else. Check with your physician or fitness professional.
My 1st week of April 2012: 4 kettlebell classes & 1 class combined with TRX suspension training.
April 15: Women's half-marathon, New York, Central Park.
April-May: 6-weeks of 3 "Kettlebell Challenge" classes each week+ my nutrition.
