I was told by my doctor to divide your weight in half and that is who much water you should be drinking every day. I can honestly say that when I drink at least 64 oz or more I lose more weight as opposed to when I dont drink very much.

Hi, Several medical professionals state that there is no medical reason that necessitates drinking 8 glasses of water per day so that will not be on my list of goals. 4-5 glasses is sufficient especially if we also consume other low calorie fluids. If you are in doubt about this then ask you doctor what she/he stinks is best for you in light if your personal health status.
