My name is Ashley. I am 22 and I want to lose 100 lbs.
This is my first week and my first really dedicated attempt to live healthy and exercise. So far I have lost 5 lbs since Monday and this has really gotten me excited to lose weight. Stress is definitely a hurdle for me right now as well because I am going through a really bad breakup, but i am confident that I will continue my journey.

carrots and apples little brocoli tast delicious.. I use to juice. I would use carrot somuch I beganto turn orange. lol but I love it, it hits your system straight, u feel the nutrients immediately. Enjoy

Hey Queens June is almost over and I'm down 5lbs. I lost 5 lbs in one week. I hope I can keep this up. I'm also on vacation this week so I have to be mindful of what Im eating so I plan to workout 2x a day. My Goal is to lose 8 more lbs this month. This is great I think I've found what works for me. Thank you Jesus.

I did really well today with my eating,exercise and water.I've planned and cooked my lunch and dinner for the week.A big salad,Stir Fry Veggies and a Fruit Salad.For breakfast i'll eat yogurt fruit nuts or an egg whites with whole wheat toast and fruit. Patiently waiting for the next challenge.

Good Morning Queens,I apologize for not posting.Things have been in an uproar here at my house and to top it off my father calls me yesterday said he quit his job and that his giving up he's really sick and want go to the doctor to see whats wrong this has been going on for the last few years.He's lost alot of weight some parts of his skin has turn white and his eyes are glssy and grey. Me being a nurse i know the signs of death and those are it not speaking anything on him .but i know. So withnthis challge i'm out i'l check back on here after memorial day to see whats up. 86 Days
I am struggling. But I will not give up. I have gained some weight but lost some inches.
Went over calories
Worked out for about 45 min.
8 glasses of water and counting
I am going to tighten up on my eating. This has been a major challenge for me.
No Excuses...With the help of God I'm moving forward to a Fit and Fab Lifestyle. One day at a time!

Down 3.6 lbs...super Birthday present!! Been super busy so I haven't worked out all week but staying within my calorie range. Gonna have to stay focused with cake & cocktails on the horizon!! Have a good day

Got a great report today since i started my plan to cut calories and exercise more, within 2 weeks i have lost 4 pounds ....i'm so excited! only 36 pounds to go!!

eating within calorie range, and exercising some I need to step up the exercise. I am going to all week do strenght and walking. plus stop eating very early. and bed early for a week. I really need to finish this last week challenge strong. I need to come out of the 230's or close to it.
