Changing sleep patterns will mess one up. As for the meals if you can eat every 4 hours regardless of the time you will still be keeping in your calorie range. If you schedule your work out as your work week you will be able to do it. The days you work 6-2 pm workout after work. The days for 2-10 pm exercise before work same as the shift of 10-9 am. As for the meals you can still get in your 3 meals and 2 snacks every day. The 10-6 am shift I am think you go after eating dinner, pack a healthy snack. the 2-10 pm I would pack my dinner and a snack with me. there are days I know I would be having a long day so I would pack lunch and snacks and Dinner so that I am not tempted to go through drive through on the way home at 10.00 pm.
Good planning will help you with your work outs and eating healthy.

Hi STSTANLE, you can walk on your lunch break or park your car far out to get a walk in..I always try to have my food prepared the night before and take it to work..you can take fruits as snack..I always try to make time for me to exercise even if it's only 10 minutes just that little time helps alot. I know what it's like to be a busy mom, wife and career woman..So I am wishing you good luck on your weight loss journey!emoticonemoticon

i work the southern shift so in a month i will work a week of 6-2pm,2-10pm,and 10-6am..how can i eat three good meals and snacks when my work clock is always wrong. i have been working like this for 10yrs and have gained over 50ibs since my first work day. i need help, a answer on how to find the time to exercise, go to work, take care of three kids and handle all motherly things and lose weight as well. I'm open to suggestions...emoticon
