Hope everyone is ready to get your weekend off to a great start. I set a goal for myself last night to do 30 minutes of step on the Wii and I did it (yay). It wasn't a huge goal, but I didn't make excuses and just did it. Planning to get at least one workout in this weekend and make sure I track my food, which has been a problem for me in the past with weekends. TGIF!!!
