Welcome back to continuing your journey. The motivation is in you. Find rewards that mean the most to you. Set small goals and then reward yourself with them. Keep pictures of it before you (in a lot of places in the house), so you'll have a visual of where you want to be. Remember, this is a journey, not a destination.

Hi Everyone,
I have been on the Sparkpeople site in the past and really gave it a good try. I think I lots around 10lbs. Now it almost two years later and I need to get my butt together, start eating healthy and working out on a regular basis. I know all the things I'm supposed to do, cardio 30-45 minutes, 3-5 times a week, get in my fruits, veggies and water, limit the sweets, etc. My problem isn't not knowing what to do or even how, my problem is motivation. I'll have it for a while and then it's gone and I'm right back to where I started. I would love it if you all could help me stay movtivated and provide me with tips that you've used to help you stay motivated. I really want to tackle this in 2012 and get this moneky off my back (and thighs and butt!). Looking forward to hearing from you!
