hmm thats interesting whats the book called

Anything you struggle with and fight with will fight back. I say that because I was reading my Iyanla Vanzant book and she said we need to stop fighting thing and learn to control them. It maybe just a matter of finding the right terminology to losing weight. Better words may be control and manage which are postive terms.
