Word Up!!!!!! (LOL)
Okay....It is time to step it up a notch....lets tone up the thighs and buns...LOL
Now in an effort to try to do a little more toning without doing weights just yet...I decided to do some stairs at home.
So I did the load of towels...my Washer and Dryer is in the basement (mental note buy a new house...LOL)
Folded the towels in my living room while watchin TV. And said hhhmmmm...I am gonna get some excercise in. SOOOOOO I carried the towels upstairs one at a time which meant 10 flights of steps. Now I spent the night at the top of the steps with that last towel...(Just kidding...but wasnt that funny thinking about it..winks) My legs felt like there was a little leprechan with a lighter on my thighs...so that has to be good right!!!!
So I saw Wcynthia posted that she did some stairs and I thought why not enhance our workout..
So the challenge is to do a few flights of stairs a day...not to just get where you are going ...but on purpose...sound good???
We will post what we did here...and see how it works out...I also suggest
1. Measure your thighs
2 try on your tight jeans
3. do this for 1 month
4. then we will measure the thighs again.
5. revisit the jeans.
You dont have to post your measurement...just the inches lost...Let's do the Dang Thang!!!!
