If you are by a water cooler, drink a cup straight down, do it every hour, if you drink from bottles, pour 1/2 into a cup, and drink it straight down, until you become acustome to drinking water, add lemon/lime. In route to work, if you are driving, drink a bottle while in the car, when you get to work, you'll had 2 cups, the same for leaving work. Make sure you have enough distance that you do no have to use the restroom. Do not try to drink all at once, it seems like to much as you will become discouraged and not drink like you should.
