What I would do is think about how much all of that junk hates you soooo much. That Burger is plotting a slow artery clogging death for you and it is trying to ruin everything you are striving for. That teximelt is not your friend as a matter of fact it can't stand you it wishes your were dead, but not just any dead-cancer dead, or heart attack dead, or stoke from high blood pressure dead.
Now if that were a person that thought that, you wouldn't be able to stand the sight of them. Hope this helps. That's the logic I use for anything unhealthy(Except for chocolate Chocolate loves me and much as i do it)
I am going to Texas for the holidays and I am afraid very afraid BBQ , Whataburger, Tex Mex....I feel week already and I have not left. Does anyone have tips on vacation and maintaing or dare I say actually losing weight.
