I live in Texas. Try eating smaller portion or half of something you want. When I deny myself something that is all I usually think about . Then I overdo it

Just like you are aware of the places you once ate get use to places where you can go that are healther.

Watch the portion, maybe eat on a smaller plate and water intake. Walk it out.

I am always looking for ways of not letting food win. So I look at a Big Mac meal as a whole days worth of so many healthier choices & you can eat the whole day & be FULL! So you can only control you! Happy Holidays

If hunger is not the problem, then eating is not the solution.

What I would do is think about how much all of that junk hates you soooo much. That Burger is plotting a slow artery clogging death for you and it is trying to ruin everything you are striving for. That teximelt is not your friend as a matter of fact it can't stand you it wishes your were dead, but not just any dead-cancer dead, or heart attack dead, or stoke from high blood pressure dead.

Now if that were a person that thought that, you wouldn't be able to stand the sight of them. Hope this helps. That's the logic I use for anything unhealthy(Except for chocolate Chocolate loves me and much as i do it)

only thing i can suggest is to ask yourself if you really want something. if you do, then make sure you only eat a portion. stick with small plates, stay active after you eat, etc.

I am going to Texas for the holidays and I am afraid very afraid BBQ , Whataburger, Tex Mex....I feel week already and I have not left. Does anyone have tips on vacation and maintaing or dare I say actually losing weight. emoticon
