Hey ladies! I know I've been MIA for quite a while... I've been around spark... just haven't felt motivated to a lot of journaling. And it leaves me at a loss of what to say sometimes.
Anyway, I found this really great blog post about perceptual language - the way you talk to yourself about what you perceive. I thought it would make for some wonderful journal entries for us.

I know that a lot of us tend to talk to ourselves in very negative ways... and also allow the world around us to influence our emotions in negative ways as well. I think that if we can teach ourselves to use perceptual language, we can shed a lot of that negativity.
