I am sorry that I stopped posting in here. I mainly been blogging when I felt strong enough to write. Chemo hasnt been easy, side effect of have pneumonia being in hospital twice, additional issues. I have my last chemo yesterday. I am glad that I am finished. I almost wish for more of cafe type chat. You feel so alone for other sisters and brothers fighting to be ok.

Dont give up. One day at time will help you get through. If you dont journal food or exercise no worries, you will again when you are feeling better. After all food just doesn't taste good for long period of time, priority is more just getting better. We are all so wonderful!

Thank you all for sharing. I had breast bioposy follow up appt on wednesday. The surgeon mentioned that they will do genetic test when they do my lumpectomy. He said that is how you find out about if chemo will work.
It is good to hear from people who have gone through it. I have heard often since my sister died that wholistic is the only way. Be afraid of all treatments. I am nervous right now but not so afraid.

You all are wonderful to share!

Hi emoticon ,

I finished Chemo 2 years ago last week. I am also cancer free. Praise God. When you first start going thru Chemo you don't know what to expect. I wish I had ask more questions, reported pains, mouth sores, sickness, etc., because they have meds to help relieve and prevent those things. I didn't want to bother the nurses, but that is what they are there for, so I encourage you to feel free to talk to your nurses about what you are feeling --- anything because they want to help. I hope this helps, and I will be glad to answer any questions you might have. Please don't hesitate to ask. I'll walk the path with you. emoticon emoticon

I thank God for being in control of my life and know I can trust Him. Praise God!

First God Bless you. I had breast cancer 8 years ago, nothing since then. I had a lumpectomy. And had radiation for 7 weeks. I have 3 girl friends that have all had breast cancer. All I can say is stay healthy do as they tell you to do. Eat healthy and exercise. God is good and lean on him. I started this SparkTeam years ago and I'm glad it's still running. If there's anything I can do for you please let me know. You have my prays. Love Marie
