Weel I did really good at first and ost 3 lbs. annd then went away for vacation and reeained the same 3 lbs.
I refuse to get discouraged, I am starting a walking program with my daughter tomorrow, 3 x week and will be going to the gym the other days and back to tracking my food.
I tend to sabotage myself when I lose a few lbs, really needd to break that cycle.

How is progress coming on ths second round?
Well, I am at the same weight as I was when I started,because I gave up. But as of today I am starting off with a new and positive attitude, joined the gym this weekend and will start food tracking and giving it my all.
My Grandson was born last week and looking at me in pictures was a real eye opener, so I want to get healthy and strong for him. Any advice anyone can give me for staying on track would be greatly appreciated, thanks
