I have a question about the teams goal: "Keep a food journal to find your triggers 4 times a week per week", we are suppose to fill in a number for this goal on our goal pages, is that number supose to be how many times we did the journal a day like: breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, vitamins/pills, and drinks would equal "six", or is it each item for all of those times which would equal way more than "six", or what if you filled out your spark page all at the last minute at night, so that would just be once of doing a journal for a day? Thanks in advance for helping me to know how to record this goal.
