I'm trying really hard to lose weight, which I've been told can help make ibs and acid reflux (I have both) better. But I'm NOT a breakfast person. I used to drink protein shakes, which I find filling and really delicious. I've tried the Special K and the Atkins. But recently, the Special K ones irritated by ibs. Milk/dairy are a big trigger for me, but I've never had a protein shake bother me before. It could have been a fluke maybe.
Does anyone know of any other brands that might sit better with my ibs? Or does anyone have any home recipes? I'd greatly appreciate the help, as I'd really love to start using protein shakes for breakfast soon. Thanks!
