Thanks yall! My mom has stomach problems and she is constipated almost all the time and I just texted her after she was here earlier and I was whining. I told her I thought I might write a poem tonight about how much I wish I could sh**....Trying to have some humor over a miserable situation lol

Yes I love yoga. Due to a bad situation I just had to move abruptly and trying to settle in. I plan to try to go back to class and I also have yoga on my XBOX Kinect Your Shape. I like the classes because it gets me out of the house since I work at home and around other people. My stress level is just at an all time high due to the move and stuff so I hope for things to calm down soon and thanks!!!

That stinks :( Hope you start to feel better soon. Stress is a real trigger for me as well. Have you tried any yoga or tai chi or anything like that? It has helped me a ton.

I have been under so much stress lately and my IBS has been awful along with my arthritis and other chronic issues. The past two days I am so bloated and gas filled I feel miserable...blah
