Lactaid all the way. Dairy is a big problem for me. It's usually one of the first things I have to cut when I have an ibs episode. I've tried two different almond milks and a soy milk and the only thing that has honestly helped me is lactaid. It's lactose free and flavor free. It tastes just like regular milk and has no after taste. Highly recommend it. They also have lactaid ice cream and they also have a probiotic supplement that allows you to enjoy dairy on a regular basis.
I drink So Delicious plain almond milk with extra protein and have been using So Delicious Coconut creamer in my coffee. Neither one has a strong flavor of what they are made of and both are very good.
Hi, I am new to the team and I am hoping that I can get some help from the team. I just had a delightful colonoscopy yesterday (what a great way to spend a Friday). The doctor told me to cut back on dairy. I have milk in my coffee and I was hoping that you could give me some alternatives to milk. I have been researching soy milk and almond milk but have never tried either. I want something that is going to taste good in my coffee. Any suggestions?
