I copied this from an IBS site which listed various meals. However, bear in mind that certain foods can be tolerated by some and not by others.
•Breakfast: 1 cup of soy yogurt, 2 Tbsp. sugar-free granola, ½ cup fruit smoothie (soy/rice milk and fruit) •Mid-morning snack: 2 oatcakes •Lunch: 1 cup lentil soup, 1 whole wheat 6 inch pita, 1 oz. hummus, 2 cups mixed salad greens, 2 Tbsp. fat-free salad dressing •Mid-afternoon snack: ½ cup unsweetened apple juice, 1 mashed banana •Dinner: ½ cup mango juice, 4 oz. grilled fish, ½ cup mashed parsnips and carrots, ½ cup boiled potatoes

What does everyone eat for lunch? I know that sounds vague and weird but.. For example i really shouldn't have wheat bread or bread in general. It makes me tired and makes my stomach cramp. I have a half an hour to run home for lunch so i usually throw a salad together but I can't seem to fill myself up with just a salad. Sounds ridiculous!! Any suggestions? Tips? I'm new to IBS so i'm just trying to get my feet on the ground here.
