Today is a new day for you! Look at all that you have accomplished and stay focused on that! You have done some great work to keep your IBS in check and lose a good amount of weight. Keep that up and you will be back on track in no time.
If you focus on results, you will never change. If you focus on change, you will get results.
I guess I am just depressed and I need to pull out of it. I was feeling so good and doing so well with my goals. I had a trip planned to go see my friend who was having a baby. I went there and despite my efforts to keep my schedule, my supplements and my diet on track, it was very hard. The whole thing was very emotional. Then I got trapped in the airport on the way back because my flight was cancelled and I just lost it. When I got home (I was never in my life so thankful and grateful to be home!) I got sick with a cold and had to miss some family obligations that truthfully I didn't mind missing except for the judgement I think probably happened because of it. Then I finally got the cold dealt with and bammo- worst IBS attack since March. And I am just exhausted and out of step and I need to get back on track. I guess I'll get off my but and do something instead of moaning about it.
