I too take a number of things, Probiotic twice a day, soluble fiber before breakfast and lunch, I think by dinner my system is "normal". Also a BIG tip I have learned is to stay away from soda's or anything carbonated as some of those flavored waters are also carbonated.
I have never "doctored" for this and find that I can manage on my own, through research and asking around. Try Heather's IBS website, great tips on there:)
Hope we helps you! Sue

I take a combo of things that seem to help. I take a daily probiotic & at night, I take a product called H2Go, a glass of prune juice & a few times a week, colace. It takes a lot to keep things moving through me! I also eat lots of salads & vegetables. Hope that something helps you as I know how miserable it is!

Does anyone have tips for managing the bloating and C that comes with IBS-C? My doctor suggested I incorporate psyllium husk to my daily diet and that did not help. Then he suggested Align and that hasn't helped either. Does anyone have some tips for managing the symptoms?
