I fully comprehend the wonder of the hunger feeling-I remember how hurting for so long makes a person forgets normalcy! I hope the feeling can stay with you for awhile! I can remember being afraid to eat because I just knew the hunger would not come back before the pain. It's now much easier to eat, as long as I eat what is good for me. I'm one of the fortunate ones who doesn't have certain things she has to stay away from, I just have to watch my stress level. And my sleep time. If either of those two get out of whack, so do I. Take care, have a great day anyway!

As I stood in the kitchen making my breakfast this morning, I felt my stomach growl - I actually felt hungry! I realized that this was the first time in a long time that I did not wake up feeling awful or in pain and definitely not hungry. I am not sure why today is a good morning, but I will take it!
