I have noticed I seem to get attacks when the seasonal weather changes. Since, in the Northeast this has happened a LOT over the last month or so, I had been having some odd symptoms, like upper digestive feelings of cold and hollow even though I just ate! In any case, I did a day of juicing yesterday, instead of my standard chicken broth and jello, and it seemed to work well for me.
So, 2 questions:
1. Has anyone else had upper-GI issues like the ones I described?? (I'm usually a lower-GI issue person with IBS and Divertic.)
2. Has anyone else tried juicing to deal with seasonal flare ups? If not, what do you do to manage them? (If you even have seasonal flare ups.)
I appreciate any feedback I may get. No one I know has dealt with these issues, so I'm feeling kind of alone on this.
