The only knowledge I have about this is that those bubbles may be either sugar or proteinuria (or protein). I am diabetic, so in the case of all diabetics, the bubbles may be sugar. If your doctor reported your urine clean, then the bubbles may have been protein. Do not worry about it, just trust your doctor.
Hey I was just on here and noticed you sent a message:) I have honestly never noticed bubbles in my urine, other than just from peeing, normal. etc.. But if you are connecting the two, they should be checking things out. Everyone is different, they should know this by now! Doc's get me so mad! UGh Well, hope fully someone else can post that may have some input on this subject. Thanks for joining us:) Sue
Hello everyone... I don't know how active this team is but I figured I'd give it a shot and see if anyone had any ideas for me. Basically, I have noticed a direct correlation between my IBS flare-ups and having bubbles in my urine. They are not tiny, foamy bubbles that can occur just from pee entering the toilet bowl but actual bubbles, clustered together. I talked to my GI doctor a while back but I hadn't noticed the pattern then, I was just experiencing what I thought was random bubbles. She took urine samples and sent me to a urologist and both of their tests came back clean. He said because the test results were negative so he didn't think I had a fistula. Has ANYBODY experienced this before??
