Hi Carol..
Click on "My Trackers"
click on "Start"
Click on "Account" top left hand corner under your name
Click on "Community"
Click on "Signature &Ticker"
And there you are...you can choose whichever one you want to show...you must tick on "Yes, show my ticker" at the top of page...you can also choose different icons and background.

Hey I have a question. I see that on everyone's post they all seem to have this weight loss tracker but I can't figure out how to get it on mine. How do you do that?

I was diagnosed with IBS I think back in 2003. They thought I had Krohn's it was so bad. But luckily it was not. For years I dealt with anything I ate would make me sick. I couldn't eat out a lot because everything affected me. I would get severely dehydrated from episodes and end up in bed with migraines. It wasn't until 2011 that I found out I had chronic gastritis. I had to cut out all caffeine, spicy food and anything that irritated my stomach. That was really difficult but it is working to help with my IBS. I also take colace everyday to help stay regular. As much as I hate drinking water it is also helping. I still have flare ups now and again. I can drink coffee with caffeine every now and again. I don't use sugar I use equal and drink decaf if I really want coffee. I definitely have to watch the dairy as well. I drink only non-fat milk.
