I so agree! That time of the month for me is 10x worse on the ibs. I too will crave and eat things a few days and the Iam ok. usually chocolate helps:) Does the exercise help with cramps and such? sometimes I just can't get myself to my exercises during the pms:( Sue

IBS is hard enough to deal with on it's own. How do you ladies deal with IBS and PMS, especially those cravings?
I try to exercise during the week of PMS so that it's effects are lessened. I'll have a day or two where I eat what I crave, but the rest of the time I try to stick to my diet. This is a vast improvement from the last few years!
