Surely! I love to find things and help other's out as well. I know the soluble fiber works for me, sometimes you need to take more or less. make the adjustment for yourself. I also take a probiotic, acidolophus, that helps too.
Happy Monday!

Thank you so much Sue for the information. After years & years with this problem I'm ready to try this soluble fiber. I can't find the "cheat Sheet" yet but maybe I'm not looking hard enough...hahahh...I did register again and see what happens.

I really appreciate your help.

right there with you. I have the touchy morning stomach too. I try to eat something solid, it works most times. plus the soluble fiber Iam learning to have before meals really helps.
I have recieved the "cheat sheet" from that website. you can find it on the website also, atleast you could a few months ago. maybe they changed that?
Have a good one!
Sue

I like the site too. Have anyone received the IBS Diet Cheat Sheet from that website. I've registered twice and they tell me that it will be sent with the newsletter but I haven't received one thing yet...I do check my spam but nothing there either.

This morning I'm having a smoothie and I got a very bad case of the R now and I'm only 1/2 way through it. Mornings are always a hit and miss...I never know what to eat or not...If it wasn't for the fact that breakfast is a very important part of the day, I would bypass it.

Oh well, it shall pass eh?

Absolutely understand your pain! Mine almost always seems to be D, unless I have to take pain meds, then it's all mixed up:(
Soluble Fiber is suppposed to be the best thing for both C and D.
Take care, Sue

Yes, it says it is good for C or D. If you check out the website there are many links on there and alot of great information.
I have also found, mint tea or fennel tea to be of great help. Esp. when nothing else seems to agree.
Take care! Sue

Like you, I have the diarrhea, so I am afraid of fiber!

I am one of those people who have no real triggers for these attacks. They just come and go as they please.

Very frustrating and sometimes debilitating.

It does feel good to know there are others out there who understand.

Thank you so much for that information Sue. The tummy Fiber that you take is it good for constipation or diarrhea? Cause I certainly don't need any Fiber to make me go...my problem is always bad cases of diarrhea.

Hello everyone,
I would like to share a website I have found and some good products they sell. It's called Heather's, help for IBS, they actually have a "cheat sheet" of foods you should avoid and foods you should eat.. I hope you check it out if you haven't already been to this website.
The website is : http://www.helpforibs.com/
I have tried and try to keep on hand the tummy fiber, it's a powder that you sprinkle in a drink or on soft food to help your digestion. Consists of soluble fiber and acai berry.
Let me know if you have already seen this website or check it out and what you think.
Thanks, Sue
