most morning I am usually pretty good with an english muffin and some home made almond spread. but I knew I was going to have a long day and didn't want to face it without chocolate is that taking the easy way out? or maybe I should say the fat way out lol
I have to admit that I have been REALLY bad lately.. couldn't fall asleep until the wee hours of the morning. so needless to say when I did get up at 6am o start my day I needed coffee, so stopped at tim hortons picked up an english toffee( sugar and coffee basically lol but soooo yummmy!) and a smoores donut. I know everything I should eat and NOT on an empty stomach. My stomach is revolting right now but I had was able to puddle through my day lol
I have read about the diet but never tried it. I just found out on my own, that eating when I am truly hungry and not because the clock or there was food available and eating smaller portions helped me to lose the weight! Now if only I could stay away from all chocolates!!!

has anyone tried loosing weight while following the Heather Van Vorous ibs diet? there are so many startchy foods that with exercise I seem to have stabilized it but its hard to gain.. (I was never really good at eating such small portions) I drink all my water and drink about 1 to 1.5 litres of herbal tea a day...
